He's probably on the phone with Cleo Fields conspiring to sue for wrongful termination.

Maybe he wants his old job back coaching high school ball at Northeast.

Grambling should have kept Rod Boradway....He now coaches at North Carolina A&T (another HBCU) and they beat Appalachian State this past weekend.

"Top 5 Reasons Grambling Should Go After Jerry Glanville"
Sep-12-13, 10:30 AM (CST)
LAST EDITED ON Sep-12-13 AT 10:34 AM (CST)

5. Recruiting - When Jerry Glanville was at Hawaii, who do you think brought in Colt Brennan, Davone Bess, Ikaika Alama-Francis, Samson Satele, Reagan Maui'a, Melila Purcell, Nate Ilaoa, David Veikune, Ryan Mouton, and Jake Ingram? All which were selected in the NFL draft. Thats right, it was Jerry. Coach Glanville is one of the nations greatest recruiters and with the current shape of the Grambling football program, he would be exactly what the program needs to step up its recruiting.

4. Desire - As seen in this article,

LINK

Coach Glanville has a desire to come back and coach. He wouldn't be a veteran coach trying to just collect a check (He doesn't need that!) He would be a veteran coach wanting to kick some rear end! There has been many coaches that have stepped back from the game and came back and had tremendous success (Urban Meyers, Larry Coker, ect.) and if Grambling brought in Jerry he would bring that type of success and more to the program.

2 & 3. National Exposure & Money - Bringing in a well known coach like Jerry would give Grambling big time national exposure just off his name alone. And judging off his past gigs, Jerry has always scheduled 2 to 3 FBS schools (Oregon, TCU, ect.) and he would do the same at Grambling. Can you imagine Arkansas verse Grambling? or Texas verse Grambling? There is no doubt Jerry would go for the big games putting Grambling on national television creating exposure and not to mention the million of dollars Grambling would receive for playing in those games. And with Jerry's coaching talent, they might just win one of those!

1. Out Coach - It is one thing to bring in a big time name (Grambling tried that and failed) but its another to bring in a big time former NFL head coach. With Coach Glanville, Gramblings football players would have the competitive edge in every SWAC game they play in. Jerry turned around 2 losing NFL clubs (Houston & Atlanta) and turned them into playoff teams and Super Bowl contenders. He helped turn around Hawaii University and was apart of one of the greatest runs in college football (30-3). Just imagine what he would do at Grambling?

If Grambling is smart, they will go after him again (they have before in the past). Louisiana Tech move over, Grambling would now have the hottest ticket in the area!

How Is Doug Williams "racist"?

And how is he more racist than, say, David Duke?

The Nick Saban couldn't win at an HBCU. HBCU programs lack talent. Period.
