Don’t Look Now But the Las Vegas Aces Might Be the Best Team

The LV Aces just beat the league-leading Minnesota Lynx by double digits for their 13th win in a row. They get Chicago twice and the Sparks to end the regular season on a 16-game winning streak (!). They also beat the Liberty and Dream (x2). They have not lost since losing by 53 at home to the Lynx. Respect

It's hard to argue that they're not the best team right now - 13 straight wins.
But Minnesota doesn't lose at home and they have the home court advantage throughout the playoffs.

So, the Aces are now the best team because the last time they played the Lynx when the Lynx had something to play for, they lost by 53. But now that the Lynx are just going through the motions with the #1 seed locked up, the Aces are the better team???
The Aces may be the better team now but using this game as a basis when the Lynx still have a 5-game lead with 3 to play is false logic.
