As long as he keeps the asterisk off his number then he's already beat both

Yes. Absolutely.
Unlikely. Age.
100 a year should do it.

I don't see the season HR record being broken for a long time unless MLB drastically lengthens the number of games which I seriously doubt will happen. The career HR record is much more likely to be broken but Harper has the best shot out of the active players to do it. Harper is six months younger than Judge and has hit 137 more HRs than him.

Your best bets would be:
-Stanton, 27, and already 234 HRs. But, in his first 7 seasons, he's only played in 150 games once. And he's changing his approach, to cut down on his strikeouts, and focus more on contact. Of course, you'll sacrifice some power by doing that. With that being said, he's still a power hitter, with 26 HRs @ the All Star break.
-Harper, 24, and already 141 HRs. Unlikely though, as Harper is more of a hitter, rather than a slugger.
-Bellinger, 21, and 25 HRs at the All Star break of his rookie season. He's a hacker, high SO% & relatively low, but acceptable BB%. Definitely too early to tell. We'll see how he adjusts & adapts to pitching moving forward. Not gonna lie, I love his HR swings, they are no doubters off the bat.
ETA: Obviously, I'm talking about career, not single season. But, I don't think anyone is catching Bonds. 762 is an unreal amount HRs, but it is fun just to speculate about it being broken.
I grew up during Andruw Jones' rise with the braves. I always thought he had a shot at the HR record. He had 185 homers through his age 25 season. By age 30 he had 368. Had he maintained that pace through age 40 he would have passed Ruth but not Aaron and Bonds. For whatever reason he completely fell off the face of the earth after leaving Atlanta.
In other words, it's very hard to do.
