That tweet says free refills all season? If thats the case and you are a season ticket holder then hell yes, its worth it.
If its one game, guess it depends on how many drinks you get a game. They are $12 a pop normally. So if get 4-5 drinks, then you are about break even with the souvenir cup.

To the people ITT saying it's a good deal for beer, it's for cokes, not beers.
Those beer prices are pretty much the same as what Reds games are. Absolutely absurd. I pregame and then go into the game. Not trying to pay $18 for mediocre domestic beer tallboys.
