Hebert still has the higher QBR, DVOA, etc.

Burrow was amazing today and he can potentially be a Top 5 QB in the league for a long time, but today was against a poverty secondary in Baltimore completely decimated.

Whats the etc?

Burrow has a higher passer rating, completion pct, td%, yards per attempt, and PFF rating

They both look promising but Burrow has simply been better this season

He had almost as good a game against a non-depleted and good Ravens defense earlier this season. Regardless, 525 yards passing is incredible against any NFL defense. There’s a reason only a few players have ever passed for this many yards and there’s been plenty of good QBs go up against bad defenses in the history of the league

I think many of us find it funny that for years and years LSU fans would shite on Auburn/Panthers fans for rooting for a team that makes no sense for them to root for, aside from the fact that Cam was QB.

I was never a Panthers fan but you could cut AU fans some slack on the grounds that the state of Alabama has never had an NFL team and are probably force fed Cowboys/Steelers propaganda every time they have turned the TV on Sunday afternoons.

Louisiana has the Saints, who have had a pretty good run over the past 15 years. It's bizarre that half the state has seemingly turned into die hard Bengals fans.

I remember when the Colts drafted Peyton Manning and the Titans (a new arrival in Nashville, and a division opponent) had to balance the Civil War that erupted between the two newly minted fanbases. Things got ugly over the years, on talk radio, in the stands and in the stadium parking lot.

The Bengals just need to stop running for the sake of running and pick their spots strategically. They can’t be stopped when JB is cooking. Higgins/Boyd/Chase is nasty

He’s an alternate behind a guy who has a little more than half as many TDS as him.

It is a popularity contest and generally good stats make you popular enough to get in.

Generally.

Interesting to never see you bring up PFF grade when discussing Tom Brady

All of this is true.

However, Auburn fans rooted for this:

While LSU fans are following...

But this has nothing to do with comparing Burrow to Herbert. They are both outstanding young QBs.

Significantly easier schedule too. They’ve had very little injuries this year and all of their division mates have been ravaged by them.

That’s reigning ROTY and current Pro Bowl QB Justin Herbert.

That’s right. It’s not like Burrow got hurt his rookie year. And it’s not like PFF has Burrow listed as NFL's highest-graded QB so far this season or the 4th most passing yards in a single game in NFL history.

Is Kirk Cousins an elite QB in your opinion? Is he a better QB than say Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes?
