So I've got a working hypothesis
Teo is/was pretty big on using well-known hashtags on Twitter, such as #smh ("shaking my head"). There's another well known hashtag that he uses...#lmk ("let me know"). For example:
This also becomes the hashtag that becomes associated with "Lennay Marie Kekua"...even though sometimes you can't tell if he is referring to "Lennay" or "let me know". Kinda makes some of his tweets take on new meaning if you look at them as "let me know". Now, it could possible that someone he knows asks him about that hashtag and one day he starts saying it means "Lennay Marie Kekua".
Something to consider
