What does this do to his draft stock? This guy is now a publicity disaster.
He could have salvaged much of his draft position by coming clean with a story like: It started as a small lie/prank that snow balled. Once the media got a hold of the story, it seemed too big to back away from. I made an enormous mistake which is not a reflection of my true character. I am embarrassed and very sorry for what I have done. I have lied to everyone and know I now have to earn back people's trust through my actions and not just by these words.
Instead of owning it, he continues to run.

im not apologizing for teo here because the evidence doesnt quite add up, but like i said earlier, he is not the most socially aware individual in the world.
