Threat of rain so they wanted to make sure Pressly got his work in, according to KC announcers.

That was a thought that crossed my mind. Makes sense

Pressly looks same ole same ole. No worries about him closing out games until Osuna is ready

Now Devo is warming in the pen. Hmm, James did warm up pregame. Prepare for bad news!

@Chandler_Rome
The Astros say that Josh James was scratched as a precaution for weather. They did not want to risk his start being cut short. He’ll throw a simulated game at Minute Maid Park tomorrow, according to a team spokesman

Springer changed his stance just a tad, I noticed. His bat sits a little flatter on his shoulder than what he’s been doing before. I wonder what the reasoning behind that may be.

Got him on an arm pad. Only the real fans know he hides his buzzer under it.

I'm just happy to be watching live baseball... even if it doesn't count yet.

I hope more pitchers hit them.

That was 2 runs due to HBP

HBP = hit = more bass runners

Last season when he threw 8.1 innings with 13 Ks and a 1.04 ERA in his only big league action so far?
