I don't know much about the Royals guy except that his background is as a scout. Doesn't interest me much. Hell, remember Luhnow fired our scouts because their old school "gritty, high average, everyday guy" reports weren't worth a damn.
The Tampa guy is a data analysis type, I'm much more comfortable pulling a guy from Tampa's front office.
