Hoohoo- I think you’re the one that usually does spring training thread? If not, I can just update this one if that’s easier. Regardless, if someone does start a new one...I updated this OP with a summary of all offseason moves and a chart showing contract situation for players on the 40man so you’re welcome to steal that

I'd love to see the Astros make an attempt to keep Verlander around for a few more seasons.

Looking at those salary numbers and I bet they would love to have that Reddick contract off the books.

Agree on Cole. If he does anything close repeating last years success, hes going to be one of the most heavily pursued pitchers on the market and get a huge contract. Chris Sale is also a free agent but I don't see the Red Sox letting him get away.
Gotta figure the Yankees will be ready to throw the bank at Cole. They drafted him in the past, were pursuing him in a trade last year and they'll have the money to throw at a frontline starter to pair with Sev.

Depends on this season... but at his age I wouldn't be surprised if he'd do less than that, if he really wants to finish in Houston.

Keuchel would have to settle for a sweetheart deal, which ain't happening.
