i think more so it locks up the Chas/Jake as the outfield options going into the season. I am fine with that, first was way more of a need.

Abreu hit better as a DH last year in 29 games than as a 1B in 128 games but both sets of numbers were very good.

Not gonna lie, it hurts to no longer have Jose in a White Sox uniform, but hopefully he can finally get a ring with a competent organization now.
Congrats Astros fans. You got a total pro who will produce. FYI don't freak out if he can't hit anything in April and May; his bat usually doesn't heat up until June.
