May as well get no-hit to end it. These jokers couldnt get a base hit off a tee right now.

Are we gonna get another hit this series?

I'm not really that worried about your starting pitching or your lineup. I think we have a bullpen that will shut you down and we have a rotation that will keep your bats quiet and let us get a lead. Just my own personal opinion

frick yourself Springer. How fricking pathetic. Gets a 2-0 count and takes another one of his dumbass donkeyhacks trying to hit a 8 run homer.

The worst part is, and I’m sure I said this plenty the other night, but the team will batters will basically all be the same next year.

Both young teams, sprinkled with a couple of vets.
The difference, our manager sucks, while the Yankees have a decent manager who can get the most out of his players.

Yeah Hinch isn't really providing any value.

I think Dodgers win in 6 but the Yankees present more of a challenge. They have really stepped up... the Yankees pitching has been fantastic and our bullpen is better. The Dodgers ranked 30th I believe at pitchers who throw 95+ and the Yankees have the hardest throwing bullpen in the majors.

That little Evan Gattis grounder was your answer...

Neither are the players.
He can’t hit for them

None, at all.
And ole Verlander has put this team on his back when he's pitched.

Verlander will carry them as long as he can

Can we get these frickin WS predictions out of here

Smoltz channeling his inner Romo on pitches.
Posted on 10/20/17 at 8:07 pm to texastiger38
Yeah these guys just can't handle the pressure. I don't see how that changes in the future.

It's 0-0 were at home. But damn it's hard not to feel dejected. They haven't hit the entire series. They've looked lost in their ABs. I was hopeful but that hasn't changed tonight. It's unlikely we'll flip a switch in upcoming innings and string together some hits.
