I quite enjoy that Crane has routinely repeated that the window is always open. Meanwhile we've got the worst playoff record ever and our pitching for game 1 of the playoffs is AJ Blubaugh, Bryan King, Miguel Ullola, Josh Hendrickson ans Logan Van Wey. 4 rookies and a guy so bad he was demoted to AAA multiple times.

Something to do with him being Dutch and how they want it pronounced.
They compared it to using a lower case c in a name that starts with “Mc”
The lower case letters would indicate that it’s supposed to be “Van Y” as opposed to “Van Way”
It honestly didn’t make a lot of sense to me.
