I agree. They aren't listening to the game. They looked at Greinke's ERA in the 5th inning and after and told Dusty he is only pitching 4. Even though he was doing great! Numbers aren't everything!

I think it has more to do with the lineup coming up for the 3rd time. Still you would hope they wouldve learned after last year not to pull Greinke in a playoff game while he is cruising. I guess not tho. It won't matter anyway if we can't score any runs

I, for one, sure am glad we get to hear this crew's thoughts on the cheating scandal at the top of every inning.

I'm sure every other fanbase is lapping it up though.

Love the stat line on avgs in 2017 to 2020, which could be done for likely half the teams in MLB w aging players, but gratifying to see these “professionals” get shamed

And fitting that Brantley and Tucker avoid the ridicule

I just don't understand what the plan is when the 5th inning rolls around tomorrow. Javier?

Short rest Lance? (I will riot)

Ignore it, baw. The outrage machine wants you to be mad.

Ludlow has no significant ill will to the organization and is still in Houston. I can say that with full confidence

Player -- 2019 BA -- 2020 BA

Bellinger -- .305 -- .239 (LAD come get your boy)
Baez -- .281 -- .203
Yelich -- .329 -- .205

Did the Astros cheat? Sure but c'mon we get it. Not to mention short season wildly amplifying things (Nats went 26-34 to miss the playoffs this year...and 27-33 last year)

At least Frambaw is looking good. Maybe he can keep this close enough for Reddick to finally get into one.

Well, I hope we get more out of Urquidy. I assume the first out of the pen has to be Javier unless Urq goes deep into the game.

I'm sure Lance will be thrilled if he got burned in a meaningless game and never pitched in the playoffs.

It would normally bother me, but the lack of effort and preparation from these pros leads me to comfortably accepting their deserved shame

Yeah, whiff on a hanging meatball with the bases loaded, bloop one in with them empty.

He's probably going to get picked off, now.
