I was just kidding. Larussa is the no-nonsense guy this team needs.

All kidding aside, we all know it is going to be Bagwell. He will be the first MLB manager to manage a game remotely.

Lineup seems to be healthy again and snapped out of that long funk. Pitching however is still arse. This lineup has to score 5 or more runs every game to have a chance to win.

If today's game is so important why are Alvarez and Brantley not in the lineup with tomorrow being an off day?

Hopefully he hires stern as rumored

The Mets have already hired Stearns as president of baseball ops. They announced that last week.

Man we are getting outcoached more than I can recall in any series in a long time. I am listening to radio and Robert and Sparky were saying that it looked obvious that Chaz was going. So the orioles o obviously saw that and called the pitchout. Assuming the Astros miss the playoffs which looks likely, I’m definitely pulling for the Orioles.

If we have any chance to make the playoffs, Maton has to break his hand

It was obvious that Chas was going.

My question is, if you're going to risk an out, why not have Maldy try one of his patented, half-assed about to shite my pants blind-bunt-flailings that he is so good at?

The list of "has to" is longer than that. You have to add,
--someone has to OD on weed and get sent to rehab.
--someone is going to have to quit choking on a wagon full of dicks.

To everyone but Maldonado. He made no attempt to foul that pitch. At least throw your bat at the ball.

If so that might be the first team ever to quit while currently leading a division 150 games into the season..:which is pretty damn sad

Javi looks as good as he has in months, if not all year. Offense is getting shut out. Typical.

I don't think they've quit.

I just think they are exhausted from Dusty's bullshite ego.

The loafing on this team kills me. Frazier hobbled the ground ball and Tucker was lightly jogging down the line. Probably wouldn't have mattered but you could at least hustle and try to force him to panic.
