Staying. Me and family are both in places that should remain structurally sound and flood-free. But if someone wants to run for the hills, I wouldn't knock that decision at all.

We are in a X flood zone so not really worried about flooding, solid home and no kids to worry about if/once power is out so leaning towards staying put as well.
