This is against the worst team
At HOME
But it obviously would have taken expert minds to see the direction this franchise should have taken
Watching Pena regress, and unbelievably be injured AGAIN could not have been imagined

Maybe some good baseball players will get a TRO in a Baton Rouge court so the Astros can sign them.

Shocked we wasted a lead off double.

What a god damn joke from those three. Awful

Daulton Varsho and Domestic Violence start with the same initials.
Coincidence? I think not.

I think a few of us here could get a hit off of Lambert tonight

This is absurd. Two off days within the last week. Biggest home stand of the year against two teams that don’t even want to be competitive and this is the effort you trot out there?

A non-retarded manager would have pulled Lambert after the 2nd inning.

Un gerente no retrasado habría sacado a Lambert después de la segunda entrada.

Definitely not unexpected.
What has been unexpected is Yed not hitting but one homer since July 28. I know I’m a broken record on this but I think he’s playing through something and the team is letting him play through it because of the triple crown. Very interesting that none of the media (to my knowledge) has said much about this or asked Espada about it. It’s not like he’s in a slump, but where’s the power been for almost a month?

No manager can win with a roster like this
Posted on 8/20/26 at 8:25 pm to Tiger Ryno
Agreed but management with any sense would see how shitty the roster is and would have been sellers at the deadline.

Double
Vaughn Grissom doubles (17) on a line drive to left fielder Taylor Trammell. Zach Neto scores. Moisés Ballesteros scores.

For as strong a guy as Trammell is, he sure hits a lot of weak infield grounders.
Bryan King = quitting?
