Unwatchable garbage. Youre down 5 runs. Offense is complete shite. By some miracle of God, somebody on this team manages to accept a walk to start thr inning.

Yeah I’m listening to the game (sporadically) while watching the golf. Lots of drama for sure…should be a good finish. I’m not loving all these Europeans games rounding into form just before the Ryder cup

What amazes me is that we’re literally not great at anything but hitting singles. I would say saves but RIP Hader.
No power, no speed, low IQ at the plate and on the bases, overall avg starting pitching, avg middle relief, etc etc etc
In general, I liked our deadline acquisitions in a vacuum, but Sanchez and Urias are the exact type of low IQ hitters as 2/3 of the lineup.
I posted this in the game thread from last night, but I think it’s worth repeating and letting it sink in. After the 4th inning, we hit two balls in the air the entire rest of the game, including multiple chances in extras where it would have won the game for us.
