This fricking sucks. The ONLY excuse I would accept from luhnow at this point is that we are way worse injury wise than we all know about and that trading for a gray or darvish won't do any good. The analysts' explanations are that our management must know that our guys will be fine and are in good health and we didn't need to make any starting pitching trades. There's no way to assume that, especially with this news on lance.

They'll find a spot for someone as good as Tucker. This is just ridiculous.
Fisher can still be traded this winter when Tuck is ready to come up after spending the end of 2017 in AAA

I'm kinda pissed we couldn't get one of the 2nd level relievers like Reed or Kintzler. Not getting Britton doesn't bother me as much. Yanks seem to have gotten a decent deal for Gray but idk what Beane wanted from us.
Overall, not a great deadline but we are still the best team in the AL.
