In that inning, he handled 2 LHH and pitched like a coward to 2 RHH. Why? Because he can get lefties out and cannot get righties out.

One of the biggest problems of this entire bullpen is failing to challenge hitters. Why can’t we throw strikes up 6 runs? The only thing that can really hurt you is walks.

I think Javier will be fine. He’s just infected by the bullpen aids that most of the other guys have. Get rid of the really advanced cases and I think you’ll see his case will improve dramatically.

I’m starting to wonder if Strom is just not getting through to these guys. The whole bullpen can’t throw strikes. The whole bullpen!
