Remember that extra innings game the first trip to Anaheim when Altuve should have been out at the plate by 20 feet but the catcher dropped the ball? Fun times

Trout should’ve tied the game on that 0-2 pitch. Incredibly lucky Hader got away with that

Impossible to pull against them, but watching them do what they do naturally could give the same result

Wow. Sometimes being an absolute sicko staying up til midnight to watch a mid team pays off.

Shoutout Javi dealing and keeping the bullpen in good shape and giving the team a chance. Incredible

All they needed was a botched DP, a walk, an INT BB, a HBP, and a fielding error

Obviously it worked out, but if you’re Espada, and without hindsight, how do you justify letting Spence and Wade both bat in that inning? I mean, I realize Smith and Yainer aren’t exactly murderers row and they’re both RHH, but they’re better options than the other two.

Don’t even get me started on the bunt attempt.

Imagine being a broadcaster or basically any employee of the Angels and having to watch that team every night

I am glad I missed that. I clicked back on when I saw the game was 4-3 and Pena and Yed were due up with 1st and 3rd.

Maybe it is best I don't know what led to that point

I actually watched the Angels broadcast because the Astros broadcast wasn't working on the pirated site that I use.

Disconsolate doesn’t even begin to describe how they were in the 9th. I don't know if TK mentioned it on the Astros broadcast, but this is the 9th time the Angels have lost when they led after 8, which apparently is very close to the MLB record for a season.

They said these losses dont get any easier to handle and tonight's was definitely the worst of the season.

The 1st and 3rd were a result of the Angels 2B letting a tailor-made DP get by him. Vazquez fouled off the first bunt attempt and then popped the next one up for an easy out

I mean I get wanting to stay out of the the DP with Peña coming up, but not if the guy is not a good bunter.

This win is just how Espada drew it up. Lull the angels to sleep by having Imai exit in the first inning and have the Astros do nothing at the plate.

Wow! I fell asleep with the tv on in my bedroom and just woke up to the score.... we won despite Danish, Expedia, and the horrible starting pitcher.

Just think if we had just average baseball minds running this team, we would definitely be in the lead.
