Worth will be the one gone when Bregman comes up unless there is a injury to someone else. Marwin resumes the super utility role and Jake goes back to strictly being a defensive replacement or pinch runner.

Wind must have been blowing behind him because Musgrove was hitting 93 and 94 frequently.

Yeah I never realized Musgrove was that big. His command looked good that 1st inning too. Would have liked to see him in another inning.

Yeah everything I've read said 92-94. Great control

Touched 95 twice as well I believe
I'm not sure where the "Musgrove is a soft tosser" thing started

I think becuase he's a control guy. And at one time after his many injuries he probably was more 88-90. Been mostly healthy for the last year+ though

It's the biggest stage of his career so far. He was jacked up for a few pitches, it happens

Pretty sure Drew Pomeranz throws harder.

Wil Myers was considered a two way prospect for college

So that Bregman guy, pretty, pretty good.

On the MLB Network Alex Bergman was asked what he wanted the world to know. His 2 word reply, "I'm ready."

@darenw
Alex Bregman with 107.2 MPH rip off the bat into the gap... HR and a single shy of the cycle. I think he's ready
