That curveball is of the major league variety

It's elite. He simply needs to throw strikes.

Guys like Abreu, Scrubb, Stanek and Pressly have out pitches.

Joe LaForce does not, after taking a year off like a little bitch. He'll be gone soon.

This bullpen will end up being a good one.

When Scrubb isn't walking guys, he's pretty good.

Happy Tucker has had a day.

Pressly was pretty dirty that inning. Not filthy, just dirty.

Nice series win. Imagine how much more successful we’ll be without straw, raley and LaForce on the roster. Need all of our bullpen pieces and some in the system to push. straw out.

Or just play Tucker in center and stop pretending it would be a downgrade defensively. I just don't get it.

Yea I was about to make a post about them seeing Tucker in CF in spring and it being bad, but frick it idc at this point. Tucker in CF and Diaz everyday in right. It could be below average as a unit but YOLO I want to see it

Yep. We've seen Straw in CF in the regular season, and it IS bad. Tucker has the speed to play there so give him a chance. Again, Ted just needs to meet the low ceiling that is "as good as Straw" at this point.

I just went to look up what Reddick has been up to. Apparently in Arizona on a minor league deal.

I saw last night he was playing for AAA Reno. Gotta do whatya gotta do but I imagine it's a tough pill to swallow to have 12 years in the majors and be back at AAA. I actually don't see why he's not on a MLB roster. Theres better players than him but there's certainly worse on ML rosters now.

I think we all know, as much as we hated him sometimes, he would be a better MLB player than Straw.

I don't want him back or anything but if he were a platoon OFer for the minimum, that's fine. Not an 8-figure albatross like he was.

In the box score, the Corpus pitchers used today made me laugh.
