Remember last night when the crowd was 10,600 and the Rays folks said "but muh lightning are playing in the Stanley Cup."

Tonight's attendance: 9,916.

Tampa fans are shite.

I kind of want Maldy to challenge Chris Davis 0-54 streak just to see how far this "he's a defensive catcher. Any offense is just a bonus" shite goes.

It’s sad they get no fan support. Especially when they are good. They want a new stadium but I don’t see them boosting the fan support dramatically with a new one.

Everything points to this being unwinnable, which means expect the Astros to roll somehow.

They don't think it be like it is, but it do.

Praise be to he that means no Moldy either.

Hopefully with Yordan already out Dusty trots the same group out again but Diaz at C. Obviously just an April game but would be pretty cool to give them their first home and series loss of the year

Were y'all paying attention to that story at the end there?

Vasquez comes over in the trade and talking to Pressly he says "hey whatever happened to that change-up you used to throw? That was a good pitch." Pressly says "oh I don't throw that anymore. I'm a 3 pitch pitcher." Vasquez says "you should start throwing it again because everything off speed breaks toward left handed hitters. It'd be good to have something going away from them." That conversation works its way to Maldy somehow who tells Pressly "yeah its not a bad pitch but we're not going to throw it in a game. We don't need it." Pressly threw his first one when Maldy accidentally hit the change-up button on his pitch comm. It turned out to be a weapon pitch, critical in the playoffs and he's throwing it 10% this year.

What's the point of Maldy?

And it's not like Maldy doesn't appreciate a change up? Remember the ALDS when he had Montero throw like 9 change-ups in a row?
