It’s pretty clear Abreu has been off ever since that inning when the HBP happened and Garcia randomly decided to go ape shite. Once he went psycho on Maldy it forced all the attention on to him and his emotions etc

I saw everyone mad at Verlander and Moldy for the pitch and not at Garcias home run trot but I could be misremembering. Maybe some were mad at the time.
