Crappy Maldo gets a hit and Tuve does THAT?

Our best hitters have the dumbest fricking plate approach tonight. Eovaldi could turn around and fire into CF and Correa, Altuve and Tucker would swing at it.

Outside of the 2 HRs, Altuve has been horrific this series

The pitches he threw Correa and Altuve were pretty nasty. They start down the middle then take a hard horizontal left turn. I'm honestly not sad to see Eovaldi go. Take our chances against the pen

Got them in the bullpen in the 5th

Would definitely prefer more runs but got their best pitcher out of the game. Gotta capitalize

I hope somebody gets their hero hit tonight. That seems to be the only approach at the plate.

Yeah I figured he could only go so far tonight but I’d think they’re happy to see him out

Cora obviously knows more then me, but I trust Eovaldi much more then the pen

This game has a feeling if we don’t put them away we are going to lose. Need more runs.

I'm guessing he wanted to make the change before Alvarez came up

Smoltz has been dead on these guys swinging at first pitches.

No doubt, but I’d have at least seen if he could have finished the inning before Alvarez came up.

It doesn't take a brain surgeon to know the Astros are first pitch swinging

Lots of wasted opportunities tonight, hope it doesn’t come back to haunt us
