Only thing I'm worried about is keeping the ball in the ball park. If we can do that, we win and win pretty easily. If not, Yankees have a chance.
I'm nervous, but I think we should win and will win. Better starting rotation, better bullpen, better defense, better overall hitting, well rested and fresh, not hungover, and home field advantage. Gotta get it done.

After awhile, it got to be all normal. None of it seemed like crime. It was more like Beltran was enterprising, and that he and the guys were making a few bucks hustling, while all the other guys were sitting on their asses, waiting for handouts. Our players weren't brain surgeons, they were blue-collar guys. The only way they could make extra money, real extra money, was to go out and cut a few corners

Yankees defense was bad in round 1 and too many k’s. If that trend continues, itll be difficult to overcome that.
How many Yankees does it take to catch a pop up to short left? 3 and they still didn't catch the ball!

Are we going to wait until last minute to announce the roster again?
This is the way. Game is tonight. We get a line up at about 3-4 pm.

Uh oh we got a true buzzer believer on our hands!
Follow @Jomboy for more truths the man doesn't want you to know brother! Orbit sold nuclear secrets to the Chinese. Biggio was actually Soviet KGB plant Kreygor Biggioffski. The Astros themselves are actually a front for a Columbian drug running operation. Each road trip, there's actually several decoy bats that have been hollowed out and loaded with prime cocaine that the player/dealers unleash into the streets of America's major cities.

I pawned my wife’s wedding ring and bought tickets for games 1 & 2.

Do you even neurolink bro? Buzzers are for the poors.
Elon Musk has taken the Astros under his techno wings. All of our guy's brains are bluetooth capable now!

If Altuve hits well this series we'll all know he's using those vibrating anal beads like that chess player. We probably have an intern decoding signs in CF and sending him a gentle pulsating massage when a fastball is coming. It's the only explanation.
If MLB cared about cheating they'd have umps doing random checks.

Yankees roster is out. To the poster who wondered earlier, no LeMahieu or Benintendi.

They added Frankie Montas
He’s been pretty horrible since being traded to NY but he’s given us major fits in the past. Idk how much of that happened in Oakland Coliseum though

I’m debating on driving to the game today from Baton Rouge. I got offered a free ticket but it would kinda be a dick move to the wife because we were planning to watch it together.
IF this were the OT Lounge, I would say that you should go to the game and the wife can come over to my place and watch the game with me, and I will make my own "dick move" when the game is over.
But this is NOT the OT, and I will not bring such filth to a pristine place like the DAT...

3.09 ERA vs. Astros at Oakland Mausoleum
3.82 ERA vs. Astros at MMP (but 1.42 ERA in 2 games last year)
In 8 starts with Yankees, allowed at least 4 runs in 5 of those. Hasn't pitched since Sept. 16 vs. Milwaukee, allowing 4 runs in 3.1 IP
