May as well just forfeit the series. These guys are completely lost. There are players in single A ball right now who could perform better than this.
What a waste of a season.
What a waste of a season.

They are pressing so hard. This is sad to watch because it’s so obvious and they cannot make an adjustment

I'm shocked this team has caved so bad. The Yankees aren't even playing that well.

Whatever. This team is done. The series is over. We can't hit. At all. We were dead in game 1, dead in game 2, dead in game 3, dead in game 4 and we're dead in game 5. We're not likely to flip a magic switch and start scoring runs again. The Yankees have exposed this entire offense. You're just not going to win a series when 6 players in your offense are 1/20, 0/15, 2/18.

It sounds like everybody sans Gurriel is trying to clinch the pennant with every swing they take. Like damnit, just string some grounders up the middle together and manufacture some shite!

They look more like they're just trying to survive their ABs without getting embarrassed.

Because accepting reality instead of sunshine pumping is being a troll?
Like others have mentioned this team is lost. The offense has been dead since game 1.

Maybe we’re just a warm weather team

Mainly because I don't think I've seen a single positive comment from you and never seen you in a dat until the ALCS

Nah, they don't try to disguise it.

You're losing by a damn run - get a grip
ETA: 2 runs
ETA: 2 runs

That's what I've been saying.
Let's not pretend that the Astros generated offense in Game 1 or Game 2 because they didn't.
So, here it is GAME FIVE and still no Astros offense.
It is now officially ridiculous.
Yankees just scored another run, 2-0.
Yanks are going to the World Series. I'm calling it now, the Astros are getting blown out again tonight.
I'll be surprised if the Astros can manage to win another game this series.

We have to eventually start hitting, right? This momentum swing in the series can be a killer if not.
