Baws, the baseball Gods have given us another day of life. This great awakening has brought us all clear hearts and clear minds. With that, we thank the Baseball Gods today for the blessings of our dear Captain, Carlos J. Correa Oppenheimer. The trials and tribulations of 2020 have brought out the best in him. He's blossomed into not only a leader of communities but a swaggy son of a bitch. Hoes stay mad far and wide.

Finally, we would be remisss not to give thanks for our ever steady ace, Frambaw Valdez. Don't forget his name. May he be rewarded with a W today.

Play ball.

And dear 8 pound 6 ounce baby Jesus, please bless the sink in his sinker, the curve in his curveball, the slide in his slider, the change in his changeup, and the fast in his fastball.

He’s gone from trying to be the perfectly crafted universally liked face to 100% heel. I love it.

Rays are puckered up mightily. This is new territory for them but not for the Astros. I predict a breakout of the slump game for Bregman with multiple hits. I have given up on Yuli and and wondering if Diaz can play first...yuli is a liability on offense and his defense doesn’t make up for it.

He played two games at first this season, 26 in 2019... no errors in any of those games, but errors aren't really the best judge of defense for a first baseman.

How good are his splits? That seems to be the deciding factor of 1Bs this series!

Yuli's bat is salted arse but he's still playing a quality first base. Saved Altuve on a pick yesterday. At this point in the series, with a ground ball pitcher on the mound, I'm not messing with the defense behind him particularly for a guy that hasn't played there much this year.

I wouldn't mind seeing Yuli moved down the lineup. After Correa, I might go Reddick, Maldy, Yuli. But I don't think Dusty is going to rock the boat and shake up the lineup after the good feels of the last few days.

Agreed. I'm sure we'll see Diaz as the DH because Snell's pitching, but other than that, same as before.

If that's you always posting the Inglourious Basterds gifs, I'm upvoting the frick out of you. Every. Single. Time.

Speaking of which, my reaction to fat Choi's HR:

My reaction after Correa's game winner:
