And their social media team would have done the same thing if the Mariners had won the series. Tiresome.

Yes, I’d like an Astros victory today with an LSU win at Florida for dessert.

Did the Astros game end after the LSU game? Crazy if so.

No, after the final out I was able to watch LSU in victory formation for the last 40ish seconds.

Hopefully, the Indians take care of business tonight.

It’s stupid but it works in Astros favor getting the sweep vs whichever team advances in 5 right?

It’s all jacked up due to the lockout right?

We are also kind of lucky to get guys like garcia and Stenek some work saturday while still getting a rest

I am more talking about how there are 5 games Saturday-wednesday which could favor our starter heavy staff

I don’t understand it but I do think it helps us. At least there’s some later starts

Our pitching is deep, so it helps us.

Also I expect to see Will Smith added to the LCS roster... but who is getting left off?

Probably Jake or Dubon.

Hopefully Dubon. I'm just glad he didn't drop that last flyball out.

The fact you saw Dubon, and his rag arm, as a defensive sub in the 18th, may have answered your question.

There were a few rumors that Garcia would potentially be left off the ALDS roster. Having him on that roster to pitch tons of innings was a lifesaver. He was able to eat innings while saving Javier and Urquidy in case we had another game. I don't want another 18 inning game. But we really got thru it about as well as possible.

We’ll I mean he did a bit better than eat innings. He was basically lights out, which bodes well moving forward

Oh for sure! But if we hadn't had a starter in the bull pen, that wouldn't have been possible. He was nearly perfect!

Good chance Yankees Guardians don't play tonight. It's supposed rain for hours.

Would we rather a 10pm start tonight or tomorrow with no travel day?

@LaurenShehadi

I’m told we’re looking at 1-2 hours worth of rain starting in the bronx in the next 15 minutes. After that, there will be pockets of rain but we should be able to play thru. Likelihood we get the game in tonight is very good. Another meeting set for 7:45

I can live with this. Teams likely got out of Cleveland around midnight last night. 2 hour flight to NY. Cleveland to Hotel, Yankees to the stadium and then home. May have been 3 AM before they got to bed. A 10 pm start might finish near 1 am.
