That he is actually a dumbass rah rah guy.

Shame as he really had defeated that stereotype after a couple years of really good football and coaching.

Playing all his starters in a meaningless game.

Completely idiotic decision. Lost his star TE for the rest of the year. Likely the kick returner as well.

Shame

They could still get the 2 seed, correct?

Is it completely meaningless? If they won and the Cowboys lost, they’d get the 2 seed and have a home game in round 2, right? Or would the Eagles also have to lose for that to happen?

Either way, the game was mostly meaningless, but there is definitely a difference between the 2 and 3 seed.

Not totally meaningless. They still had a shot at the 2 seed.

No.

They need to not only win but Cowboys AND Eagles need to BOTH lose. Against two of the worst teams in the NFL.

It’s like a less than 5% chance statistically.

He’s an idiot

Especially with how the Cowboys have played at home versus the road this year.

Lions will likely be 12-5 and are definitely in the playoffs. The Lions. The Detroit Lions are in the playoffs. The coach has done an excellent job, you’re the dumbass.

ETA: If you have a chance at improving your seeding, you go for it. Home games in the playoffs matter

You mean the guy who led Detroit to their first division title in 30 years? And their first 12-win regular season since 1991? Yeah sure sounds like he’s a dumbass….

No one who has an opinion worth anything thinks this.

From 3 wins to 12 and a division title.

Go take a lap.

Both teams losing right now. Cowboys to mostly backups of a bad NFL team

Still likely won’t happen. This is the NFL though, any of these teams can win any week. Have to try if your Campbell, imo.

threw chance to compete in playoffs away for a slim chance to be a 2 seed instead of 3 seed

I prefer his approach to Harbaugh's to be honest.

Ravens will play their first playoff game on the 20/21st.
last game was Dec 31st.
If someone has a nagging injury, rest them up. Otherwise treat it like they usually do that third preseason game.

They can "compete" without LaPorta
