Chris Long had a stat on his podcast about the win % of teams who play their guys vs. sit their guys in the final weeks having already clinched, and it was drastically in favor of playing your guys.
Teams that sit their guys had like a 30% worse winning % in their next game.
As I mentioned in the first page, if someone has a nagging injury sure give them time. Otherwise keep rolling.
The one I really don't get is the Ravens. THREE FULL WEEKS between their last reg season game and their first playoff game. That just seems ridiculous to me.
