Don’t remember the exact details. Maybe had just got her license or took the Porsche without her parents permission and got in a bad wreck and she was decapitated.

Got coked up at a party and stole her fathers Porsche. The Porsche is doing about 100-120 mph. Ends up on its side sliding through a toll booth. The Porsche was either a convertible with the top down or the top was torn off. Her head struck the cement of the toll booth totally unprotected. It practically exploded. The photo taken was after the wreck was put back on its wheels, she is seated in the drivers seat she is not decapitated, but what is left is no longer recognizable as a head. In any way.
