Old man Julio Franco's batting stance

Julio Lugo touching his left shoulder sleeve as the pitcher would come set, every time.
That, and the fact that he would beat his wife.

Chuck Knoblauch's limp wristed stance
thought it was cool he broke the record, but hate McGwire's routine before the pitch Loved Paul Byrd's old school wind up
And
Capps has an interesting delivery

I'm drawing a blank on the name, but who was the pitcher who spit about 6000 times per inning?

Nomar's routine was number one. Jeter had a similar habit of readjusting the glove between every pitch. Speaking of which, Jeter leaning over the plate, then hopping out of the way as if the baseball was thrown right at him drove me crazy.

Couldn't stand watching Kevin Brown pitch. He was just way too intense on every pitch and his mechanics were, well too mechanical.
I like watching athletes do amazing things where it seems effortless. Not like they are giving up a kidney to throw a fastball or catch a pass.

Those freaking dock line necklaces Josh Beckett and others would wear.

Hideo Nomo and his windup were something else. Between the hands high about the head to the hips basically being square with second. Always wondered how he kept his balance.

Sean Casey fixing his batting gloves and adjusting his pants leg after every pitch.
