Rematch of the 1932 Rose Bowl. USC defeated Tulane 21-12 for the NC.

My great grandfather donated a ticket from that game to Tulane to display it in the trophy case. They kept it in there until they did a remodel or the room. Well months after it was complete the ticket never showed back up in the case.

My uncle and myself went to ask about the ticket and the guy who we talked to pulled the ticket from a large stack of papers on his desk (he knew exactly where it was). My uncle took the ticket back.

Tulane finally gets to avenge that 1932 Rose Bowl loss to USC

Tulane got its revenge when they went back to California and beat USC, 27-13, in 1942.

how many opt outs you guys gonna have? how many players are projected to go to the nfl? that's probably your answer.

how is williams' injury? enough to opt out and just get ready for next year?

A Tulane win, and for the third straight season, the sole P5 program in the State of Louisiana, which has three to four times the athletic budget of any other in-state program, is not the top ranked at the end of the season.

How embarrassing.

Geaux Wave!

Caleb shouldn’t play. Let Moss go and hope it convinces him not to transfer

This should be a really good game, although I was hoping they'd play LSU. Lol

Without Caleb, USC will lose. Tulane will win going away.

I full expect Tulane to win this game fairly easily with the number of guys USC will be down between the portal, injuries, and opt outs. It’s very possible that USCs top 5 players all won’t play.

It'll be a very interesting match-up. I am curious to see how Tulane will travel for this game.

Because usc is a soft program and anything that is involved with it becomes that.

As an Aggie, I’m pulling for Tulane, since a Green Wave win will make our 1939 championship look that much better.

After how the sports media has blown USC all year,

You know that's not true, otherwise they would've been in the Top before the last week of the year. All year long, the media was saying, yeah they're winning but they can't stop anybody. The only praise was for Caleb Williams bailing them out every game.

Doubt Caleb plays. When you're on the doorstep of a Championship and then you get injured and play a mid-tier in a meaningless game...Nothing against Tulane...but USC doesn't care about this game...the team that cares is Tulane and that's usually the team that wins.

As much as guys like you bitch about LSU fans making ULL threads about LSU, you'd think you would have the common decency to not bring that shite into a Tulane thread.

We have even less of those around here than ULL Threads, so don't muck the shite up.

I hope Tulane runs all over USC. After the season they've had, I want to see them close it out with a Cotton Bowl win. Spears is one hell of a running back, and it's going to be fun watching him run all over USC's defense.

What game did you watch?

Did he have to get Last Boy Scout shot in the head and continue to play to prove he wasn't soft?

A major Sportsbook has Tulane as a 1.5 point favorite.

Just like most predicted in August, Tulane is in a NY6 Bowl, against a Top Ten Team, as a small favorite.
