After how the sports media has blown USC all year, I think it would be appropriate their season ends with Tulane whooping their arse up and down the field

This is the biggest game for Tulane in nearly 30 years and there are a lot of alumni in the Dallas/Forth Worth area. We will travel well

Bowl games might be fun for fans in some cases, but outside the playoffs, players will opt out and a game like this means USC won’t be as motivated to play. This is why the playoffs need expanded.

I’ll be there with my non-TU affiliated dad and brother. All my out-of-town alumni friends were booking flights and hotels in the 4th quarter. I imagine many other Tulane fans were doing the same thing.

exactly right. if sc strolls in with a buncha opt-outs and people skipping the game because of "injury", they'll lose.
their back-up qb is really good if williams really is hurt, but who's gonna block and catch passes? that defense is already marginal. how many are gonna opt-out?
