Darian Hatcher is a man of his word... All I'm gonna say. Can't post it here either... Not only is the water blurring it... but there's nudity I'd have to blur on top of it.

What were the odds a post of your's on the MSB about the coolest thing you've ever done at a sporting event would have to do with sucking/fricking?

I've got a few golf ones from the tourney here in Memphis, but the best one is...
-My dad was a caddy for his co-worker for the Pro-Am at the FESJC years ago. The pro assigned to them was none other than Payne Stewart. I followed the group around all day and talked to Payne several times, even got to get out and hit a ball with him instructing me(I was like 10). After the round I had a million questions for my dad about him. Only answers I remember now were that his bag was the heaviest thing my dad had ever tried to carry for a hole, and the reason was that Payne always carried a extra outfit(this was in his NFL sponsorship days) in his bag, complete with the gold wingtipped shoes. Nicest man I've ever met.
-The golf ones are usually hilarious to me b/c you see them on the course acting very gentlemanly. One of my in-laws used to live on Southwind and is close personal friends with Loren Roberts. Every year at the tourney there would be a handful of PGA officials, caddies, and occasionally players(other than Loren) that stop by. The stories those guys tell are hilarious.
-In college my roommate had a class with Stanley Asumnu of the TN basketball team. Somehow they became good friends, and our condo became the hangout for the team. Stan was dating Candace Parker at the time, so we'd go to most of the Lady Vols games with him and a few of the other players. Never watched the games from the stands. Always got to hang out in the players lounge and watch it on one of the tvs amongst the other games that were on at the time. The free gatorade was a nice bonus too.

was in san fran visiting my brother. me and my two bro's were eating at a hooters around noon wearing our lsu shirts. we look over at a table of guys where every single hooters girl was at. Sitting at the table was Luis Gonzalez, Brent Mayne, and Casey Daigle(from lake charles). They were leaving and Casey came up to the table and we bullshitted with them for about 20 minutes. anyway, luis gonzalez ended up getting us first base tickets, first row right above the dugout. we got to the stadium early and walked down by our seats. Luis came by and bullshitted with us again for another 20 minutes.great guy, everyone of those guys had the strongest handshake ive ever felt.
we lived in Aberdeen Scotland for 4 years because my dad worked as a company man for shell in the north sea. For the 1990 British Open at St. Andrews we stayed at the hotel practically on the course. This was back before all the security and ropes were up for practice rounds. On one of the practice rounds we followed Jack almost step for step alond with many other people. After Jack finished one of the holes he accidentally stepped on my shoe (i was really young) with his metal spike and it hurt like a biatch, well he says "sorry son" and signed his glove and gave it to me.

Also forgot to mention that I went duck hunting with Cliff Lee in Stuttgart, Arkansas when he was tearing shite up. It was right after they had lost to the Yanks in the World Series and he was a huge douche. Seems to be typical of the big time baseball players who make it from Arkansas.

My dad grew up playing ball with Tim Raines so I would get to go over to his house weekly and hit on his indoor batting cage with little rock and my brother.. It was pretty sweet looking back on it!

Jason Williams w/ Sac kings called me on court during pregame shoot around. Dude was cool as can be, security told me to get off court, he told security I was with him so shot hoops with him for about 5 minutes.

Been in a MLB clubhouse...
Was a standard bearer for a Nationwide event for a few guys that are on the tour now.
Started the Unofficial Jeff Overton Fan Club on the 12th tee of Saturday's Zurich Classic last year.

I was at Wimbledon several years back. I was sitting about 10 rows up. It was Anna Kournikova and I don't even remember who she was playing. As she entered the court, she was looking up at the crowd and waving. I swear she was staring right at me and winked. But then I was like nahhh she wasn't winking at me.
After the match, I went out for dinner and some drinks. I had a great time and then walked back to my hotel. As I'm walking back, here comes Anna Kournikova entering the hotel at the same time I am. I was thinking wow, I want to say something but I don't know what. Before I could say anything, she says something like "hey, didn't I see you at my match today?" I was like "yeah, you remembered?" She's like "yeah!" And before I can respond she says "hey, can I blow you?" And then I was like "alright." And so that's the story of when I got blown by Anna Kournikova at Wimbledon.

I remember that. I was thinking as I saw you, that dude is hammered and probably going to spend the night in jail. Any repercussions?

Some really good ones in this thread... My only decent two were being there for Crabtrees catch in 2008 against Texas and seeing Tracy Mcgrady score 13 points in the last 30 seconds to beat the Spurs
