He gets passes because the media never picks up the story. This one is big on a national media level. I am not sure I can recall a time when so many major media outlets reported something like this a major breaking news. Things are different in 2021 when the court of public opinion chooses to cancel you they will. This is way more mainstream than any horse doping in recent memory. Navarro and Servis was more horse racing news not a story on CNN/ESPN/NY Times etc. it may be tough to come back from this. This was the intent of the horse racing reform act and I think they want to make an example of him. He *may* be *actually* fricked this time

Only if you have asthma or are sick... it will not help healthy lungs that have no inflammation. A one mile race would not cause inflammation imo where this medication would help anyone unless you have a pre-existing condition.
