Told my wife after the race that he ran a 46 and change half and when he was challenged at the top of the stretch and found another gear that Baffert juiced him.

Back in the day I would have my vet "milkshake" the hell out of my horses before the race. Bute was legal....everyone was doing it. Water based steroids too. Hell I watched a guy blow cocaine up his horses nose at the Bush track in Rayne...the Quarter Pole. I've had interesting times no doubt.
