Based on what you posted as strengths for both doesn't look like you're giving Connor a chance.

We'll, Conor did have a chance to fight him after the dos anjos injury but chose Diaz instead.

I'm not a Conor fan but I agree with him on this. Why should he commit to fight a guy who most likely won't make it to fight night and also has no ppv draw? Conor is a brand and this does nothing for it.

I want a Diaz trilogy fight at 155 or a Ferguson fight if he beats RDA.

I think this would be a good fight... I think Khabib would probably win this one.. that kid is tough as nails. Not a good matchup for Conor.

If this is the fight the UFC puts in front of Conor next, he will probably go down to 145 to defend that title that he has been holding hostage for a year. Or he will use the "ownership" thing over the UFC as a protest to not fight.

Is Conor a great fighter? Sure he is
Is he bigger than the UFC? I don't think so

Conor stands to gain nothing from fighting Diaz a third time. He avenged his loss and is back where he wants to be. I would love to see them fight again just because the last two were great but don't think it will happen. The UFC is all about money fights though so who knows

Connor fights Diaz at lower weight because its the biggest draw. Makes the most money. Khabib fights Ferguson and the winner has next

Not even close, Khabib would be lucky to last a minute only if Conor wants it to last a minute.

I have just decided I will never go against Connor vs someone thats not reasonably bigger than him

If Connor has the reach advantage it is over IMO

lol, it's a great matchup for Conor. Khabib eats straight lefts from junk strikers, you don't think McGregor reaches out and puts Khabib on his arse any moment he wants?

I wasn't a huge fan, but Saturday was freaking worth $50, and I haven't felt that way in a long time. Got in late just in time to buy and catch the last 2 on a whim and was thoroughly entertained. I'd rather Conor go up to 170 and go get #3. The sheer absurdity of that scenario would just be unbelievable. Woodley and McGregor already talking shite to each other. I mean, just make it happen. What would McGregor have left to prove after that accomplishment?

It will be a bad move for him if he does this before fighting Khabib. You have a guy 24-0 staring at yo in the face, #1 contender, and he's calling you out. And you go to 170lb? That makes McGregor looks like he's dodging.

If cruz gets past garbrandt i think that is a good option for connor next. If i was him id let ferguson and khabib fight for interim. Both are tough mfer and a hard fight for connor. If he can take out cruz that adds to his mystique since cruz is top 3 p4p and wants the fight.

Also i really want to see him box mayweather.
