Clemson was favored in 2019 over Ohio State and I’m pretty sure we were favored over OU in 2017.

Thanks for the 411

I was looking forward to Okie State making it but this is as balanced of a field we've seen. Gonna be fun folks

With a more normal number of 1 loss teams, this 13-0 Cincy team would be ranked at 6 or 7 at best

The best thing ever to happen to Cincy is all of Notre Dames other opponents were mostly garbage and they ran the table. Had ND lost another game Cincy would've been bounced.

Cincy better show some salt against Bama or it’ll never happen again for a G5 school

If I remember right the last time Cincinnati and Alabama played was in 1990 when Alabama still played games at legion Field in Birmingham.

It may have been the only time they've ever met prior to this but not sure.

Yep. If Okie Lite's RB turns upfield instead of running for the pylon Cincy isn't in the playoff.

Why would Cincy be out instead of UGA?

The QB play in Georgia and Michigan game is going to one for the history books.

Michigan is getting a pissed off Georgia team. They're going to get spanked

I see what you're saying, but who would have replaced Cincy if ND was a 3 loss team for example? Couldn't have been Ohio State, they lost their last game and didn't make it to conference championship with 2 losses. Baylor held on and lost luster with a poor 2nd half against Okie State with 2 losses. And don't forget, Cincy started the year off so high at like 7 or 8 preseason to begin with, it was almost a fait accompli that they sneak in even if ND had more than just that 1 loss imo.

Georgia starting Stetson Bennett isn't scaring Michigan.

He and the Auburn running back single handedly shaped the college football playoff.

Because the committee claims UGA is better than Cincy.

Yeah Michigan is a perfect matchup to what Georgia does. Kirby would love nothing better than to play a football team straight from 2004

Because the committee has no respect for Cincy and is only putting them in the playoff because that have literally no other options.

They keep telling you this with their actions and people just refuse to accept it

Yup. Notre dame was artificially inflated and because cinci beat them and stayed undefeated they had to inflate them alongside them.
