predicting Shedeur/Travis to be on the standard
interesting how they are doing multiple positions instead of the usual quarterback on the cover

Lol @ downvotes for posting facts

The Frostbite engine is used for other EA series like FIFA, NHL, and Need For Speed. So you consider those "Madden re-skins", too?

Anyone familiar with the series knows how it always worked. NCAA was built on the last year's madden.

EA Sports College Football 25 is being developed by EA Orlando (formerly known as Tiburon), the team behind the Madden games. FIFA and NHL are made in Vancouver

EA first tweeted that "college football is coming back" in February of 2021

And over three years later, nothing to show for it except a teaser trailer that shows an unknown guy sewing on the field

This is not how it works. Hell even GTA released a teaser with actual gameplay for a game that isn't coming out in years.

Haven’t played these in years, but I remember everyone printing out their own cover with their team on it.

PS5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles only at launch, they haven’t mentioned much about PC so i doubt it.

how do you know they aren’t just going to do that?
NCAA never runs on the previous year's Madden engine likes folks have been repeating for like 20 years now... at least not in the way people think.

Nope, that's just a thing people say for some reason.

That doesn't say anything about what engine the game is built on.

When they say engine, it does not mean what you're implying.

Are you insinuating the game won't release around July or so?

I'll be back in a few months to say I told you so when ncaa uses the EXACT same animations and animation-based gameplay as madden.

Anyone trying to convince themselves otherwise is delusional.

"some reason"

you mean like the fact that Madden 13 had the infinity engine and NCAA got it in NCAA 14?

How about Madden 06 introducing "Superstar" mode and then NCAA 07 introducing "Campus Legend" mode?

Madden 07 introduced the new feature "lead blocker control".
quote:

Lead blocking controls from Madden have crossed over onto NCAA Football 08. Offensive hot routes, audibles, and defensive playmaker options are also new additions to NCAA Football 08.

Madden 2010 introduced Pro-TAK system
quote:

PRO-TAK – New animation technology that allows up to nine players to be involved in tackles, ability to steer tackles, a more realistic pocket around the QB caused by a new blocking system, and QB avoidance actions.

Guess what, NCAA 11 introduced Pro-Tak gang tackling.

I guess when you say you worked on the game you mean you were beta testing the game at the LSU facility, not programming it.

If you’re a PC gamer I’d get the Series X because of Gamepass

damn, so you’re the reason madden went to shite. Quick question: why did y’all put super powers in a football game? And why can people still run glitch defenses like punt return man and press zero coverage without getting outside separation?
