Not building this hoping to get the SEC championship.
Building this will get Nashville the Super Bowl, CFP games and Final Fours.
If this could have been pushed through a few months ago we would have been a lock for the '26 World Cup as well.

It kind of looks like a shopping mall, but eh, I guess I kind of like it, too. It fits in with the rather ho-hum architecture of this city. The night renderings look better. It also help to contextualize that it's location will be in the middle of a massive east bank redevelopment, so it won't be this monolith surrounded by parking lots.

Need it to be adaptable for baseball so the new MLB team can play there until they get a bew stadium.
