Almost a given that'll be their #1 target when they open up again and he'll turn them down. Once again, doesn't make any sense, but i like the Indiana Hoosiers being good in football and Cignetti seems perfectly content being there.

He has a 20 million dollar buyout. He will retire at IU.

What Cignetti has already done at IU is beyond amazing. The greatest program turnaround in college football history.

Might be the best coach in all of sports right now.

He’s good but he will never win a championship at Indiana and then when he wants to leave Indiana he will be too old

Mendoza was no Heisman favorite when he left Cal. Cignetti is simply amazing. He still doesn’t have elite talent. He has good talent but his players gel so well. It’s incredible.

Is it a flash in the pan, just based on having the perfect combination of players? Or is it something he can keep going at Indiana?
He obviously can’t go 13-0 every season but have you checked his record at all?

That would be Lane Kiffin

Objectively, He's done more at Indiana in less time than Lane did at ole miss.

How long before the Bammers come calling?

Not happening. They’d have to buy him out of the massive contract he just signed on top of buying out Deboer.

Look at Indiana’s schedule… come on guys don’t overthink this. He’s good but you don’t think Lane would go undefeated with Indiana’s weak arse schedule?

100% agree. Kirby is outstanding too though. But yeah Cignetti is impressive.

Oh look now our fans downvote any posts that says Lane is a better hire than Cignetti lol

The switch up was fast

I love that Ohio St and Michigan have to deal with Indiana in the big 10 now

Certainly. But their defense also hits like trucks & all of their backs run violent. They have two backs on the team that run harder than Hardy at Mizzou
