4 of those 6 games are against good teams, could potentially start 3-3

Yeah, it's going to suck. Can't be mad though. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. Lucky it wasn't 8 games.

Right move by the league. We just saw Henry Ruggs kill someone because he was racing/driving too fast. Gotta crack down on stupid shite like that

You are aware they went to the superbowl last year without Rice for the majority of the season right?

They also went like 12-1 in one-score games, which history says is an unmaintainable pace. The Chiefs could lose as may games in the first six weeks this year as they lost all season last year and it wouldn't be surprising

Ruggs will be out on parole next year already too. And has interest from NFL GMs. Crazy.

NFL wanted 10 games
Players Assoc didn't agree
They settled on 6 instead of waiting for Sept 30th hearing
Plus he must serve 30 days in jail at his own discretion

The 6 on front end is during Chiefs most difficult part of schedule but had he waited he risked possibly missing later in season or even a playoff game

I'm actually glad it'll be the first 6 rather than in the middle of the season. Saw a lot of comments online thinking the NFL was helping the Chiefs by letting him play our early tough schedule. F that, I think it would be worse having him the first 4-6 and get into a groove then have him go away . Bottom line he did something insanely stupid and dangerous and luckily no one died. Time to pay the piper.

Are you aware the Eagles absolutely destroyed them and they overachieved last year? They could start 2-4 with Rice against that schedule.

Kind of a soft penalty. If the legal process also fails, I could see Lambo getting into more trouble in the future after getting slapped on the wrist.

Right in line with what every NFL talking head has been reporting over the past 12 months.

Kelce has dropped 10-15 pounds, he seems a bit more mobile and and faster than 2024....Kelce wants the ball a lot this year. Worthy in year two should be better than last year and he was pretty decent in 2024, Tyquan Thornton (sub 4.3 40 yard dash) has been getting some hype with the long ball along with the receiver turned running back Brashard Smith. Smith has come out of the backfield on downfield pass routes in training camp and preseason with some success. Chiefs will miss Rice but they will manage.

Things can change but if the Chiefs are in a tight 4th quarter game I'll take the Chiefs.

Lucky that it wasn't something serious like betting on games, that would have been a massive suspension.

Probably would have hurt KC more if he was suspended the last six games of the season

Mahomes either needs to get a helmet that fits or change the shape of his head.

He also needs to get rid of that prissy walk he does.

That is all…
