Yeah that’s defensive holding for sure. Even w/the ball being thrown away that should get called.

You are fooling yourself if you think KC would have not won that game if they score a TD at 2:00. That is on Allen, you don't go for the TD there, you run clock and score later.

Now, there is an argument that Diggs was the short read and Allen didn't trust him, but they went for the EZ again on the next play.
