In 96 seconds. He just scored 11 pts 3-3 from 3, lay up, four rebounds and a blocked shot.

This guy is the #1 pick in the draft.

He is not their number one option at gonzaga and wasn't on the US team either. In the NBA he will be featured a lot more and a big big problem as he matures. He dominated against Bates and Banchero both last year when they played as high school seniors. Defensively he is the best prospect since Anthony Davis...minus being a vagina.

He has really excelled this year learning the game under Few. What I just saw was one of the best back to back to back to back plays I’ve ever seen. It actually beat Chris Jackson when he was LSU’s sequence.

But he dominated against the same dudes

He played with and against the best talent in high school every year and last year flat out looked better than Bates and Banchero both. Defensively it wasn't even close. And offensively it wasn't much better.

Smith isn't on his level whatsoever in terms of ceiling. Defense is where the debate ends alone, yet Holmgren can fill the offensive line too if needed. He isn't needed and doesn't seem to care.

“Holmgren putting on a show here in San Diego with 23 PTS, 12 REBS and 4 BLK. Hitting pull up and spot 3s, changing everything around the rim, finishing through contact. Say what you want about the level, but this is a No. 1 pick if I've ever seen one.”

ESPN’s NBA Draft Expert Mike Schmitz

Look at this sequence.

It's hard for me to see him failing. He can do everything. Put it on the floor, elite 3pt shooter, incredible shot-blocker, good passer, and a good FT shooter. And he has shown it against elite competition. His only flaw is his weight but Anthony Davis was eventually able to put on weight.

Forgot to say he's also an amazing rebounder.

My friends seriously laughed at me for saying he's not the #1 pick in the draft. He fricking should be. He is a beast.

The way he moves with his body type just looks painful.

He's going to be very scary in a month for the tournament. He's progressed so much from the beginning of the season to now in just his comfort level and confidence on the court.

Even if it is just San Diego, he definitely put his talent on display

It was HS.

Are we really freaking out that he’s killing the WCC? I know it was earlier in the year, and he’s matured and gotten better…but look at some of their big games.

In 5 games vs Texas Tech, UCLA, Duke, Texas, Bama…he’s averaging 9.4ppg, 7.8rpg. The one thing he did vs them is block 3.2 per game.

Holmgren will be very good in the NBA, but Jabari Smith is the perennial all-star who could be very very similar to Durant.

Unless he gets bigger, Holmgren will break in half in the NBA. Give me Smith every day and twice on Sunday as the number 1 pick.
