1. Indiana
2. UGA
3. Ohio State
4. Texas Tech
5. Oregon
6. Ole Miss
7. Texas A&M
8. OU
9. Notre Dame
10. Miami
11. Tulane
12.JMU

I could full well see them bluffing a few of the rankings such as Notre Dame and Miami to get match ups like Notre Dame vs Texas A&M in a rematch but these are the teams that I think will be in especially since I don't think they leave the ACC completely out. 2/3 of Bama and Notre Dame and Miami will be in though and I think they receive less flak if they leave Bama out instead of one of Miami and Notre Dame. At the very least though ND is #9 and Bama and Miami are fighting over #10, and if Miami gets it then Miami and ND could swap.

If Miami and ND make it, they will have Miami higher.

If you are Miami and can’t make the acc championship game that should be worse than a head to head loss to ND and worse than bamas extra loss to #2

So bama qualifies for the hardest conference title game and splits with the number 2 team and loses and Miami can’t qualify over a team one game over .500 and sits at home and watches two basketball teams play and should be in. Seems legit

Idk the seeding but Alabama is in and Miami is out - and I hate that result but it will happen.

Current Vegas odds say Miami isn't out of it. It's like 40%

You lost to a 5-7 ACC team by multiple scores

Ole Miss-Ohio State quarterfinal looks intriguing.

The problem is Bama lost to 5-7 FSU ,by 14 I might add, whom Miami has beat. Bama also wouldnt have been penalized if they lost the SECCG, but they got killed. -3 rushing yards and the score differential over the two Bama-UGA games is +18 to UGA. Also are they going to leave the ACC out over a 5th SEC team?

You will get downvoted, but this is a very good point. The ACC was the worst Power 4 league in history this season, and Miami couldn't even play their way into this game?

This would all be moot. They could have played this weekend and played their way in.
