I actually think the returner was extremely smart there. He was running away to let it land and then he saw the UT player standing about to catch the ball so he bumped into him knowing it’s a penalty

Lamb baited the shite out of the UT player. The Texas player is dumb and not paying attention and lets Lamb run into him because he wasn’t aware of his surroundings. Great play by Lamb.
