There’s no chance that you’re going to be able to run 4 plays with only 13 seconds left in the half. Spike the ball and you still have a timeout left which gives you the ability to run the ball.

Rutgers has been running right at OSU for most of the game. That QB is a load.
Also if the Rutgers WR actually throws a downfield block on that 4th down run, Rutgers scores a TD easily.
